Berkshire Property Services are an independently owned company offering a wide range of services from residential sales and lettings dealing with small apartments to large country homes, Land & New homes department and financial services. Times have changed, technology has advanced and the demands of the public have become more intense.
Berkshire Property Services has moved with the times in order to maintain the primary objective of the company, which is "to provide the best possible value for money service to our clients and customers" To meet this objective we concentrate on the following key elements all of which are essential in making our business succeed.
Berkshire Property Services is a people business and the choice of staff within our offices is extremely important. All resident staff have experience in the local property market, local knowledge of the area and people to give us the edge when assisting buyers and sellers with general or in some cases, more specific enquiries.

Our attractive offices offer excellent window displays onto busy thoroughfares and the corporate colours are extremely eye catching on our advertisements. Our profile is further lifted by the extensive and broad use of media advertising throughout the Berkshire Area. Regular advertising in local papers and in some instances Country Life, provides regional and National advertising. Latterly, the addition of our own Web Site has extended our profile onto a Global basis.

We are dedicated to offering the highest standards of professionalism which always put the needs and wishes of the clients first. We concentrate our efforts on selling or renting property and not the sale of financial services, giving the clients the sure knowledge that our advice is in their best interests with no ulterior motive or financial gain to ourselves. We do recognise, however, that some buyers need mortgage advice to assist with their purchase and they are introduced to our Financial Advisors.
